lack of skills is annoying.. the best thing about diablo 2 was the fact each character could go a dedicated way. electric sorcerer, or an ice on or fire.. ranged amazon with a bow or javelin, or a melee amazon with a trident or something.. melee necro with poison dagger stacked.. ahh i dont think any game will be as good as diablo 2, but i still think diablo 3 will be a lot of fun. go the BARB!!

I loved the Druid in Diablo 2; let's hope that if they bring the Druid again they add a flying creature with upragde capability, a dragon would be too much to ask for, but a giant crow would be awesome, or at least something that runs as fast as the crows, a tiger would be plain excellent.

There's no way in hell the gameplay speed will beat or even match D2. This game looks like:

Baldaur's Gate + Dungeon siege (especially SFX) so far.

So far the only official classes are Barbarian and the Witchdoctor (replacing the necromancer until the expansion at least = very :(.. otherwise the other 3 are unknown but they did say they didn't want to 'Rehash d2 with enhancd graphics' so they might be new classes entirely.. still unknown but whats certain is it will be great =)

Personally I think that the usage of color is welcome, it gives a little more flavor to it. Diablo 2 was a very dark game, It used all dark color schemes, the usage of light means that they can make the dugeons,crypts,passages, and other places look darker, by comparison. I for the life me couldn't play D2 without turning the Gamma up to the max. I am really glad that Blizzard is following up to D2, there is a huge fan base, lets just hope that they keep with their track record of it games.
