The two obvious ending for this fight are Ward by close UDEC 116-112ish, or Froch by late TKO. My prediciton for this fight is Ward by UDEC 116-112ish. I see Ward getting wobbled in the middle rounds (somewhere around 5-6) but using his craftiness to hold and slip his way back, and outpoint Froch in the later rds (7-10), then Froch finishing strong in rds 11 and 12, but not landing enough in the early rounds to pull out enough rounds to win....Ward 116-112ish in a good fight and fair decision.

I think it is possible for ward to get a ko/tko by acumulation of shots, however good frochs chin is. Would you have thought he could stop kessler?

froch has a chance if he can hurt ward early & either knock him out or have him on the run for the rest of the fight, but i dont think that will happen- i think ward is too clever, too slick, too quick

such a great fight! boxer versus the brawler. iam gonna go with ward via UD. ward will jab to the head and body, and potshot most the fight. froch will have his moments and will try and cut the ring off and make ward stand his ground. i think its key for froch to try and take it to ward's body for the first half of the fight. froch didnt cope well with the speed and movement of dirrell when they fought so i expect it to be the same with ward.

man i hope carl can pull this fight out because i just love the guy as a fighter. Ward never sat to well with me because hes trying to mimic my fav boxer of all time bernard hopkins. But like you said, i still feel ward might pull the fight out on cleaner punches landed. I hope im wrong lol
