Thanks for the tip. Do you know anyone involved with that organization that I can contact? I have known about their existence and considered approaching them but have been working on other projects that are already accessible.

You might want to try Ray Pimlott, he is the chief engineer at the railway. Also I can give you their phone number for their offices if you like.
