  • I think Sulu really calmed down quite a bit once he got out of the twilight zone and into outer space

  • And at the end, the door opens slowly....

  • lol sulu

  • I just watched this. i dont get it XD

  • Wow! As a Twilight Zone fan, I had never seen this episode. Rod Serling didn't shy away from controversial subjects, did he?!

  • Hey is that George takei the dude who was sulu in the old star trek series and hiro's father in heroes?

  • GEORGE TAKEI!!! i FUCKING LOVE GEORGE TAKEI!!

  • This episode is very disturbing

  • where's Capt. Kirk?

  • Ha Ha! the ending was awesome.

  • 3:33 Genuin you say,I'LL PAY 2 REFIND!

  • artho takamory

  • Ahh the days when acting was acting, no bullshit affects to make anyone an actor. Nowadays anyone thinks they can act.

  • "OH MY!....."

  • whats this show about

  • scroll back up pussy

  • Sulu!

  • George Takei probably wanted to blow this guy.

  • this is some scary shit! (if you have anxiety)

  • @SuperEricVideos I do but I never missed one episode! Every Friday night I looked so forward to watching it! Still love it!

  • @SuperEricVideos good video

  • sne

  • while the japanese man is monologuing i remember the "vengeance is not ours, it's God's" :)

  • @delyn0831

that Japanese guy is non other than a very young SULU from STAR TREK George Teiki

  • Neville Brand was quite a guy. In addition to his role in the Twilight Zone he also was featured in Billy Wilder's Stalag 17 but before all that, he was a highly decorated soldier of WW2.

This is a great short story type episode. Everything taking place in an attic between two opposites. Each dealing with their pasts and each offering up multiple emotions from humor to dispair to anguish to lonlyness to hostility etc. Perfect work by the cast and crew!

  • If they hadn't killed each other, the Pall Mall cigarettes would have eventually!

  • This episode was never repeated, or shown in syndication. Martin Goldsmith, who wrote the script for 1945's "Detour" (which also has a bitter ending), penned this one.

  • Website doesn't work.

  • total scheiße

  • Awesome! Rod Serling is a Genius before his time! Thanks for posting this Great episode. Please Post more..

  • Takei!

  • their eyes look......bright

  • I got to see this one when I was young. It was done (in retrospect) well. It told two sides in a way that no one really expected. Why CBS pulled it is dumb. But at the same time we didn't think about the trators of both sides because that's what WAR can (but doesn't always) do.

War is what it is! That's why we hate it but why we defend ours as well.

There IS no right way sometimes but just THE way to keep us to survive.

It's up to GOD to decide the enemy that should die.

  • @11111111jws Who is this God character I keep hearing about? LOL!

  • Will one day, 20 odd years later, we too will be plague with the guilt on what we today did wrong to one another? I am sure what people perceived the Japanese common folk in WW2 then to be not much different from what we now perceive enemies on the other side of our front?

The truth is, the perpetrators then and now are the actual mortals who make normal civilians and folks seeking peaceful life in their short life span on this earth suffer.

  • This is one I have never seen. Interesting to see what actors starred early on in these films! One of the weirder ones I just watched here was The New Exhibit. Pretty creepy. Thank you for posting Twilight Zones.

  • nevil brand was a war hero in ww2

  • thnks dude i was trying to find all of these

  • This stunk from beginning to end.

They can't all be home runs.

  • This was a great episode, I have never seen this one. Thanks for posting this video.

  • IT'S NOT SO JUICY- I LOVE TWILIGHT ZONE BUT THIS EPISODE IS NOT SO GREAT

  • 18:25 MARK is funny.

  • Neville Brand reminds me of Ron White. Maybe it's just the drinkin'.

  • @CrackerLance dude i was thinking ron white the whole time, crazy.

  • george takei from star trek, cool

  • This seemed more like an Alfred Hitchcock than a Twilight Zone. Suspense rather than science fiction.

  • Neville Brand and George Takei, two fine actors!!

  • he sounds like Baloo from the Jungle Book

  • Never saw this one, & I thought I'd seen them all. I agree with planetrockford. Acting; great. Casting; same. Everything else? Stunk, but thanks for posting an episode that has escaped me.

  • Not impressed with the direction, dialogue or story but quality performances by both actors.

  • WOW SULU IS A TALENTED ACTOR !!

  • this one was really bad

  • Can the japanese guy please stab him at 20:00? PLEASE!

  • Sulu? Ty for everything.
