nice pictures frames! how do you get those miters so accurate? I always struggle with miters. do those spring clamps leave dimples on your frames. Thanks.

@ruizd14 Thanks! Miters require accuracy very step of the way. The miter sled is a great way to go. Stick with it and you'll improve. The spring clamps work great. They can leave small dimples if too much pressure is used. It's not a problem when used properly.

Seems like some unnecessary measuring? The blade kerf is inside the corner in the first mitre cut, losing 1/8" from the length of the piece (1:44).

Why not cut 2 lengths (frame outer length and width, only measure needed) with a stop. If the sled 45d is true you should be able to mitre cut all length and all width ends with a stop each, with kerf just outside the corner (ref against the blade) to preserve the length. The measurements at 4:24, 4:28 and 6:12 seem unnecessary and imprecise.
