Fluoride melts through glass in it's purest form. Yet you happily have it in toothpaste to help clean your teeth. Chemists quite happily put fluoride in water because it's NOT a risk in small enough quantities.

Loads of chemicals are perceived as dangers by the public because they buy into all the scare tactics. If want to learn about this stuff you need to educate yourself on how these things work and you'll be pleasantly surprised.

This isn't cutting edge stuff here where no-one knows how it works. This is the same kind of chemistry that explains how bread rises or how baking soda and vinegar can make pop bottle rockets.

I live in Canada and the 3 best spring water bottle that I found are: 1-Eska 2-Evian 3-Fiji Otherwise, take care of looking the toothpaste and chewing gum; They can put some fluoride in those 2 things. For some toothpaste without fluoride, you can look for: 1-Weleda (from Germany) 2- The Green Beaver Company) from Canada) In the end, "Xylichew" chewing gum is a good one. Cheers : )
