Its the Big Brother UK Theme tune by Endemol 4. It is available on the original BB soundtrack or the BB soundtrack 2003.

It's not by Endemol 4... Endemol 4 doesn't even exist! xD It was by Element 4. This version of the theme isn't available on either CD's as this version was only put in play from series 5 (2004). :)
