YES - but this is a battle in WWI, in which we smashed 4 english and 2 greek divisions - this is a well known battle in all balkan states and I guess in the UK too.
He was talking about somrthing like a battle at Doiran during second balkan war, which they won, but there is not much info for this battle. The important thing is that the greeks lost the Kresna battle and their king had to beg fo peace.
Read the maps title : "Liberated Bulgaria (1878)"...now, I'm not a doctor in history but this i know: Romanians had their battle for independence in 77 - and guess what: most of them died in Bulgaria (thus at least helping in the liberation). The ottoman census of 1911 is wrong. According to some pro-serb researches the bulgarians in macedonia are about 1-2%. This doesn't mean that u can believe everything. What matters is the independent, european data. Bitolia has always been bulagrian ;).
The difference is that the turks in Kardjali are "bulgarian turks". They do not want to be in Turkey ... at least most of them dont. Even the turks who migrated in 1985 are still referred to as bulgarian turks in Turkey.

Just to make thing straight - macedonian today is a person who lives in the geographical region Macedonia. From 146 BC until 1990 there was NO such thing like Macedonian country or macedonian people(besides the ones living in the geographical region). Todays macedonians are bulgarians outside the borders of Bulgaria. They are outside Bulgaria for many reasons most of which are form the end of the 19th and first half of 20th century!

After the wars of 1913-1920, hundreds of thousands Bulgarians migrated from Aegean Thrace and Macedonia, and after this, the territories were colonized with Greeks from Izmir and Ephesus in Asia Minor!! So these lands were entirely inhabited by Bulgarians before the WW1! Your state simply stole it from us!!

Read the maps title : "Liberated Bulgaria (1878)"...now, I'm not a doctor in history but this i know: Romanians had their battle for independence in 77 - and guess what: most of them died in Bulgaria (thus at least helping in the liberation). So how can you even mention Dobrogea man? I'm not trying to say that Romanians are better than Bulgarians, it doesn't even matter anymore since EU. You can got to "dobruja", nobody is stopping you. I am not going to argue about this because at that time there were considerable number of bulgarians living in the areas of the map which was drawn at san stefano and Bulgaria would have been entitled to those lands.

In the beginning of 20th century the bulgarians were more than the greeks in Western Thrace. This is a FACT. There are some disputes about Aegean Macedonia and Solun(Thessaloníki). After 1919-1923 the greeks became more.
The greeks in eastern Roumelia were less than 10% ... probably even less than 5!

The ottoman census of 1911 is wrong. According to some pro-serb researches the bulgarians in macedonia are about 1-2%. This doesn't mean that u can believe everything. What matters is the independent, european data. Bitolia has always been bulagrian ;).
The difference is that the turks in Kardjali are "bulgarian turks". They do not want to be in Turkey ... at least most of them dont. Even the turks who migrated in 1985 are still referred to as bulgarian turks in Turkey.

The whole world knows that fyromians are bulgarians even serbs know that despite they deny it.I'm happy because i see more and more fyromiams who are read real history documents and manuals and realise that they are really bulgarians i hope soon all will know that and finally the little sister Macedonia will unite with its real mother Bulgaria.Only then they will stop to steal Greek and Bulgarian history and will find their real identity

Well macedonians were told that they are a separate nation for 50 years by the serbs - a big ugly lie, but I won't explain why here.
And these lands u r talking about did become greek between 1920 and 1940 - historic fact (by greek I meen inhabited mainly by people, who say that they are greek).

Well they will be preserved in the next 1-2-3 decades, but who knows what will happen later.
And Turkey might never get in the EU ... they have some real problems - not inflation or GDP per capita, but political issues as Cyprus and the Kurds.

Just to make thing straight - macedonian today is a person who lives in the geographical region Macedonia. From 146 BC until 1990 there was NO such thing like Macedonian country or macedonian people(besides the ones living in the geographical region). Todays macedonians are bulgarians outside the borders of Bulgaria. They are outside Bulgaria for many reasons most of which are form the end of the 19th and first half of 20th century!

Yeah ... if u say so there's no reason not to believe u, right? There are no greeks in Bulgaria now. There are some bulgarians in Greece (around Solun ... aka Thessaloníki) and in Western Thrace. They are not so much though, as they used to be in the first half of the 20th century.

After the wars of 1913-1920, hundreds of thousands Bulgarians migrated from Aegean Thrace and Macedonia, and after this, the territories were colonized with Greeks from Izmir and Ephesus in Asia Minor!! So these lands were entirely inhabited by Bulgarians before the WW1! Your state simply stole it from us!!

You must know - in late 9th century Byzantium payed the Magyars to attack us from north, in the late 960s they payed the Kiev Rus to attack us, they payed the pechenegs, the kummans and God knows who else! Well Bulgaria have survived everything, but somethimes i wonder why we were punished with such a neighbours?
