Some of the CCA PSAs were not age appropriate. I saw this when I was quite young on YTV, and it still terrifies me. I had a hard time watching it now. At age 21. I've never forgotten seeing those eyes. I don't think the CCA was aware of how scary some of their PSAs could be to, say, a 6 year old. It was a good effort for a good cause, but I think they should have done more of the "ask mom and dad" type videos and instead of scary ones with messages kids didn't understand anyway.
