Thank you, indeed, for the great memories! My grandfather, Ray Coats (1921-1978) worked as an entertainer at a now-defunct Shakeys here in my hometown of Waco, Texas. I still have fond memories of the fun my cousins and I had as kids, listening to my grandpa's music (and sometimes being invited up on stage), feasting on pizza, and watching the pizzas being made through the big picture-window at the front of the restaurant. Good times!!
