Hmm, true... only this guy they were "imitating" had a much lower voice. The scene with the chainsaw and Tackleberry was more effective because Tack already had some strange behaviour during the movie.

Fair enough, lets just say they cut it out because of either Audience Feedback, Censorship, or some other reason that we don't know of. I just wish each deleted scene came with an intro, like the modern ones. Modern deleted scenes usually have a clip of the director talking about why each scene was cut.
