  • This shows us all how lucky we are to not have autism and appreciate the simpilest things in life...

  • My brothers autistic and know I understand but I have always loved him and I always will....

  • This is so incredible

  • My twin brother has severe autism. I was truly inspired by Carly and all she has been through. However, I HATE what her dad said about how he could never 'give up his child.' I found that really offensive because that is what my family had to go through do to the severity of my brothers condition. Every family that has a member in it with autism is strong. There should be no judgement based on the choices they have to make in order to ensure happiness and growth. I hate the dad for his comment

  • Carly is here to change the world and to open doors. Through her difficult existence she is teaching love and making this a better place. I have forwarded this video to many associates, including parents and a psychologist. Everyone is touched.

  • @shockermethod Yeah cause people with autism are experts at reading non-verbal cues. LOL. The poor girl is way too overloaded with sensory input to examine body language.

  • You people are some gullible fucks, just saying.

  • @HuMuSuX Explain how we are gullible....

  • @HuMuSuX you should mind your own business, whether or not you have someone you care about with this disorder. what a ridiculous thing to say--I am not even interested in the thought process that led you to make that statement

  • @HuMuSuX you make a statement. But yet you can't defend or say more then just that? I think you are a coward and you are the "gullible fuck" your not much of a human if you can't act like one.

  • this dad get's all the props in the world.

he did and is probably still doing a hell of a good job

  • fascinating

  • Those are some great parents.

  • The parents are also awesome. They have nothing but love for their child, as it should be. I greatly respect them.

  • You are sooooo amazing Carly. You go girl:):) lots of love sent your way:)

  • Wow, this is a wonderful story. Carly, you rock girl!

  • goosebumps:'')

  • this is beautiful.. i cant stop crying :)

  • Beautiful story, very moving!

  • Carly , thank you for sharing and teaching us . we all have an inner beauty,,

  • This is so fantastic and also helpful as a mother myself with an autistic son. As my son is unable at the moment to explain why he does certain things - it is helpful getting this insight from another autistic person as to how their brain process things.

  • wow. just wow! i can't imagine what it's like to be her. but i'm glad she finally found a way to express herself :D

  • Best of luck to you and your family Carly.

  • Amazing!

  • What an awesome story! One of hope and inspiration for all autistic children and their families/caregivers/therapists. You are a wonderful person, Carly and God Bless you for all that you do. You are helping children just like you. You are an inspiration to me and would love to hear more of your story. I will be passing your story along to everyone I know. Thank you for posting.
