Yes, a group of talented hackers are translating the FE12 rom as we speak. Namely since Nintendo doesn't realize that they're losing business by not supplying what fans want.

Features Iwata has confirmed:

* World ("Free") Map. As in you can take part in battles not necessarily involved in moving the plot along.

* Skills like those in FE4, FE5, FE8, FE9, and FE10, with more customization than FE10 allowed.

Other things in the video:

* Voice acting during battle sequences

* Dual-attacking give bonuses like Hit+10, Crit+10, and to others I can't tell the last Kanji of.

Actually, if you look closely at the clip where Krom receives those bonuses, you'll notice that the mage beside (Ruefrie) him is casting a spell on him. With this in mind, it looks like there may be options for support, in this case a boost to the main attacker via a tome or stave, rather than just a second attack.
