hey man..my microphone input is not working so i bought a usb for the microphone and i put the micro in the usb input..then in the fl studio when i turn on the micro with the asio 4 all it says ''The needed sample rate(44100Hz)couldn't be set or is not supported by the ASIO driver.Please try another sample rate.'' i change the sample rate but it sais the same thing... what should i do?????PLEASEEE help!!!!!

when i switch it to asio driver in fl stdio and when i have my audio interface plugged in it doesnt allow me to listen to any other medias youtube anything like tht and wehn i go to record theres this crackling and popping sound there. how do i fix that???

I was trying to fix this for 2 hours and then I figured I had winamp on, and so the driver was in use by another application.. closed winamp and X is gone lol.

I am having a weird problem with ASIO4ALL...... whenever i open FL and switch the drivers to ASIO4all and click record ... a blue screen appears and my computer crashes

basiccally when i use primary sound driver i hear. when i activate asio4all it doesn't work. this is the second time i install fl and the first time i didn't have any of these problems. when i activate the asio drivers, i open the asio panel, and the output is marked with a red x. but when i return to primary sound driver it turns back to normal

yo all, I still have popping from start to finish on my projects, this started today, i have asio4all and my buffer is fully to the right, putting buffer to the right had always worked but as of today constant popping wont stop . Squiggley red line in the cpu loadchart ?? Im a lost man

hey thanks it worked buttt after you turn it off you turn it off you leave it off. in the video you left it on. i think you should put something up sayin not to turn it back on

Thank you so much! This worked. It took me 5 minutes cause I've had everything messed up and then when it didn't work, I saw that I had ATI sound and and ASIO turned on when you click "SHOW ASIO PANEL". I turned the ATI off and it works, with no cracking sounds or delays.

I saved 40€ cause of you..You rock!!

i have found the REAL solution. Asio is not working because ur original is too high you can say myne was set too 96000 or something like that but is u look under asio4all v2 in fl studio it says 4410 or what ever set your main sound to 4410 or what ever and boooooooooooom! lol :) ill try and make a video ! btw i have vista.

wat i did to get the drivers to work was turning off all windows sounds becuse wen they are on ur speakers are in use by them and the asio4all cant use them so cut off the windows sounds and it might work

Honestly: This is bullshit. These MIDI inputs and outputs have NOTHING WHAT SO EVER to do with the X'es in ASIO4ALL. NOTHING at ALL to do with it. And also, I have to disable my MIDI keyboard? This is such bullshit.

great vid! but still doesn't work for me, the x is still there! it appears i got to output devices, the first is ATI Function Driver for HDA - ATI AA01 and it doesnt have any red x marks, but there's no output response! the second device is Realtek High Definition Audio > Realtek HD audio output, which is still x marked even though i followed all of the easy(but apperently not working) steps! please help!

@flumster o.k, go to your sound settings. it should be called "Mixer" then see if any other programs r still on. then put the volume down on them.
