I don't understand why its use is illegal when its been proven that it does less damage than alchohol, its the biggest cash crop, and legalizing it would allow us to tax and regulate it, and ensure it meets specific quality and saftey standards. Current producers of cannibis obviously dont adhere to any goverment regulations, legalization would allow safety standards to be put in place.

Mr.Harper I would like to ask about the legalization of cannibis. I don't understand why its use is illegal when its been proven that it does less damage than alchohol, its the biggest cash crop, and legalizing it would allow us to tax and regulate it, and ensure it meets specific quality and saftey standards. Current producers of cannibis obviously dont adhere to any goverment regulations, legalization would allow safety standards to be put in place.
