What a beautiful video. Thank you for posting it. I had the honor of meeting a 90 year old WWII Vet today. I'll tell you what, listening to this man's story was so very humbling. And it's people like him who make me remember every day how wonderful my life is to live in such an amazing place.

What a beautiful video. Thank you for posting it. I had the honor of meeting a 90 year old WWII Vet today. I'll tell you what, listening to this man's story was so very humbling. And it's people like him who make me remember every day how wonderful my life is to live in such an amazing place.
I am blessed to have been born an American, full blooded patriot.

I did it to preserve our way of life, our children, homes, work, even our Sat. nights our dancing. And if the West wasn't strong enough to stop Hitler by 1939, then Chamberlain and cronies had no business whatsoever giving the Polish the "War Guarantee" or any of the other hysterical assurances from the Low Countries to Greece that were issued in the Spring of 1939.
In short, Britain and France caused the war by writing a blank check to Poland after a string of failures that could have PREVENTED war. I don't consider backing yourself into a corner through blunder after blunder "heroism."
