No...This is the Crawfordsville Subdivision. The mainline though Indy is the St. Louis Line up to IU tower, then changes over to the Indy Line. The St. Louis Line starts in East St. Louis, Illionis. The Indy Line starts at Indy and ends in Marion, Ohio. Hopes this helps.
