Magnificent! Why isn't Darin recognized every day like Presley? He'll, even Sinatra's slipping off the radar save for the occasional commercial sing over.
Absolutely electrifying. Who ever thought that he couldn't sing a ballad? That's as poignant as "Don't Worry 'Bout Me" will ever get. I just love his two-song medleys, and there are many. This is the clip that brought me beyond Splash and Mack into the realization that Bobby Darin was a major, major player - an incomparable singer and exciting performer. His arrangements are also beyond compare. Thanks for posting this wonder.
