actually they just discontinued the htc touch, so now the diamond is the only option, despite being much more expensive

For Sprint it is, you can still buy it through verizon, ebay, amazon, etc. to buy a CDMA version that works with Sprint. The unlocked GSM is still available as well.

However, for all purposes of the video being a Sprint touch, Sprint does not sell the HTC touch anymore through its website or any widespread authorized retailers (bestbuy, radioshack, etc.)
