  • I was there for that, was freakin awesome. One of the loudest sounds ive heard, you could feel each explosion.

    That building WAS the Hotel San Diego, and it isn't there anymore.

  • The demolition of the Hotel San Diego - I noticed - was handled by a company called Clauss Construction, whose current project is the demolition of the recently-shuttered New Frontier Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas.
