Wow buddy some very skilled shooting going on! I am about to take my son who is 14 turkey hunting with a Bow, and those are the broadheads that we are going to use. We have been practicing for months shooting at apples @ 30 yards. I am sure we are ready! I really like what you had stated about taking the head shot is either hit or miss, with no chance of wounding the bird and doesn't ruin any meat. Again AWESOME video brother!

Very nice shooting, seen in the slow motion, both arrows made direct head shots. That is a very small target at even that distance. Were you aiming at their heads?

what kind of stuff would you suggest for a person that is wanting to get into turkey hunting? I have a bow (2010 Martin Cheetah) and a ground blind. I don't really want the best, top end equipment, unless somebody has a little inside info. Please help me enjoy the great sport of turkey hunting.

@elgostine Rabbits would be the easier to start with for sure. They are not that difficult to skin, clean and eat. You might decide it's not for you, but you will never know until you do it. Good luck!

Yes, most of the time the at least one if not more of the blades damaged/broken and must be replaced. The ferral is usually not damaged and replacing the blades is not that big of a deal.

I have two bows, a Hoyt, and a Browning. Like them both, but still prefer my old Browning. I pride myself on being a damn good shot, and practice a lot. But, I don't know if I could have pulled off those two shots. You obviously take a lot of pride in your abilities. Great video, and keep hunting.
