Im from Ely and used to visit Cambridge alot and been past that station many times, not once did i go past not seeing a truck leave or enter!

(Shame I live in Cornwall where the station in Falmouth isnt 24hr, which is pointless considering how busy the dockyard is!)

to be honest,not many drivers give way to anything turning out to an emergency,abulance,police,fire­fighters,the traffic never stop when they go to an emergency to let them out, would when i get a driving licence

Excellent. Quite the station is Parkside! CFRS have updated their fleet since this and the station now has a pair of P270 Scania WrLs, both were tucked up when i passed the station earlier tho'.

Yes it is near the swimming pool, the appliance passes it about 30 seconds after turning right a tthe traffic lights on the left

They have a rescue tender and a turntable ladder aswell. It was on a fire brigade society visit thats why there where so many people there.
