The music was co-written by both james and joe but james was the only one in the recordings. He played guitar and did all the vocals. He plays in a band called sleep control and they recorded a version of the song goodbye which is also featured in the movie. Check them out. If you like the music I the film then you'll reply like james' band. Hope that answers some questions. Also the director just did another sundance award winning film called to.get.her which james had a small role. Cheers!
