each baby has a different level of development, i wouldn't say that is special, but yes advance in a way , my baby started walking as in walking at 10 months, and i think that's normal until i met a 13 month old baby at church and still cruising. Well then i think some babies develop faster but it doesn't mean they are superior.

my son is 9 months and can say dada and mama and throws things when he is angry

My nephew started walking at age 10 months and now he's running around and already counts to 5 at age 13 months. Potty trained almost completely.
