  • cool good job , leave music out of it , just a good bashing video, everyone can add music , but its nice to hear the truck once and awhile

  • @DrnkSqrrlProductions o yrah i woud imagine it would be hard on it and nice video that things sick

  • Are just just taping the brake to make it flip like that like the moto cross riders do

  • @Jake93r17 Yeah, I had the ESC settings for brakes at 100% which was waayy too high causing it to flip like that, its hard on the drivetrain and ESC so now I have brakes at 20%

  • no sound, no fun. savage 4.6 the best....

  • @gurgenagac Uhh yeah, you keep telling yourself that nitro boy lol!

  • @gurgenagac FAIL

  • thats weak i got the 11.1 volt 3600 mah

  • @vicous656 I've done 3s and its to much power for my tastes.

  • nice vid, that bash spot is awesome!

  • Yeah nice Video

  • is the truck still running strong?

    any issues?

i just sold my savage XL and was gonna grab the FLUX or the E Revo brushless and can't decide..

    I like the E REVO''s waterproofing

  • Yep, with bulletproof diffs now installed its basically indesctructable now. Only future problem I see is the ESC fan is showing signs of failing due to all the dust and what not.

If you want a more "controlled" brushless vehicle with waterproofing, along with better track handling, the Revo would be the choice.

  • are these the Diffs that now come stock? I heard the first of them were chewing through diffs and HPI was sending replacements out, if you get the truck now the diffs are changed to the better design.

or did you install 3rd party Diff's?

  • I know this will be a problem with the ESC fan shutting down or the heatsinks inside getting dirty and cant decimate the heat properly. Putting some filter mesh from a fish tank lol yes a fish tank, (you can get it at any fish store or walmart) just stick it ontop of the ESC then use a zip tie to keep it on. make sure you get the thick but aireated filter that will allow the fan to suck in air easily but keep everything else out.

  • @DrnkSqrrlProductions Im pretty sure the e-revo isnt waterproof. It uses the mamba monster and not the velineon system which is waterproof. Traxxas.com has all the features listed for ya

  • Yeah...It's a really nice vid men!And I like your truck :-)

  • its sweet vid but you really should get a camara man

  • I love the flux, it's a power house monster. Very nice video, i hope to see more from your flus, What problems have you had with it so far? lol probly some diff problems but that's normal for the power this thing is puting out, the CEN diffs work very very well. the pinion has some problems to, just woundering if you have came into those problems?

usually i don't sick around for those vids that look good on the search screen but are boring when you click it but this vid is far from borin

    5 stars

  • Have you broke anything on the truyck yet?

Does the motor and esc run cool with your set up?

I'm gonna make my E-Savage brushless shortly and although it's a tough truck. this is what i wish i waited off for instead. Worlds apart in all aspects

  • is it ok to run nimh on this truck?

  • HPI says yes, others say no. Castle creations states they wouldn't recommend it as NIMH doesn't put out enough "C" rating discharge which in turn can fry your ESC

  • To Pofrani:

My suggestion after just switching from Ni-Mh to Lipo is

    GO LIPO!

they last a hell of a lot longer with a hell of a lot more power. i thought my flux was ok on Ni-Mh untill my Batts lost a cell (out of a six pack) because of too much amp draw.

  • Anybody that does not give you five stars for that one is ripping you off!

  • ROFL, well thank you, I hope to actually have a camera man for my next filming so you can actually follow the thing

  • thats a sick spot!!

  • Awesome bashspot man, really nice!! Some nice frontflips also. I love the Flux :D

  • One tough truck!

  • Nice video and sweet bashing spot.

  • Very cool vid !!!

    What runtimes do you get?

    Does the batteries warm up?

  • I've timed them and i've gotten from 35-41 minutes. The 9000mAh from SMC are gonna be really nice

  • Hey man really nice video but i was just wondering if youve had any diff problems so far

  • Nope, none so far. I filled them with 100k diff fluid and no probs. Though i've haven't been able to drive for almost two months waiting on my replacement Lipo's that puffed up

  • LiPo batteries can puff up and calm down, then be checked with a cell spy. If there's no short circuits, they;re good as ever.
