It was Vettel's fault that Webber was hit, but it's a habit of Hamilton to behave like a berk behind the safety car. To Webber to Alonso, to Kovalainen, just before restarts he'd accelerate then slow down so much that they had to pass him, then complain they were encroaching. Not allowed.
