hello, i'm considering purchasing this laptop, with an i7qm cpu and a ssd in the optical drive bay. do these upgrades void the asus warranty? if so, what sort of customer service does gentech offer in the event that a hardware error takes place? i am seriously considering purchasing this laptop from your website so please let me know.
@JubranHanna just downloadable games like battlefield ftp, alliance valiant arms, and allods online; they're all fun and free that's why I just play those on pc. it can run on high resolution and quality smoothly, but no anit aliasing or anything like that.
Two quick things Gentech, Can the MB really handle up to 16GB of RAM? Everywhere I've looked has indicated that the maximum addressable size is 8Gigs, if I upgraded to 16 would BIOS allow all 16Gigs to be addressed? Secondly, You list the bluetooth at 2.1+EDR, Asus states it is bluetooth 3 (although not HS), is the bluetooth 2.1+EDR or 3.0? Thanks!!!
