I just watched Bush's dedication speech at the United 93 memorial, and he closed with the Gettysburg speech just like the end of this video. Freaking awesome!
When I hear this song I cry because I really feel sorry for all those who died. It should have been me instead of all those who died. God bless america
i will never forget all those victims who had died and all those heroes who died saving those victims... GOD BLESS AMERICA AND GOD BLESS THOSE WHO HAVED DIED IN THE WORLD TRADE CENTER. YOU SHALL NEVER BE FORGOTTEN UNDER ALL OF THOSE WHO WERE THERE, WHO WERE KIDS AT THAT TIME, AND WHO HAD WITNESS IT WEATHER ON LIVE TV OR WHO WAS ACTUALLY THERE IN NEW YORK TO SEE. GOD BLESS ALL OF THOSE VICTIMS AND GOD BLESS AMERICA!
this tragedy is very sad and now is the leader of this disaster dead... and i dont know if its good or bad... ah... im scary what will be now... we must "BELIEVE" IN BETTER DAYS
"Climbing higher threw the fire, time was running out. never knowing you weren't going to be comming out alive. But you still came back for me... Never fearing. Only hearing voices calling out. Let it all go, the life that you know, just to bring them down alive." These are some of the most powerful and inspirational lyrics I've ever heard. About an event that nobody will ever forget, even though I myself was only 6 when it happened. God bless both the heroes and victims. We will never forget...
i was there in 2001...i saw the plane fly right over me...i looked at it as it hit the first tower...i started running over there to try and help but i was to young, the NYPD and the FDNY wouldn't let me...at that moment i wished i was older...as scared as i was, it was a tragedy and i wanted to help...it sits in my mind every day...watching everything happen...thank you for posting this...and thank you NYPD AND FDNY for you're courageous and selflessness efforts at that time...
This seems like yesterday. I remember watching this in my high school history class. It gives me strength believing in real heroes like the FDNY, and other Americans, who've showed the epitome of a true hero. I've been inspired by this for almost ten years now, and it hasn't faded one bit.
Does anyone know that video clip about the WTC attack? I can't find it. There were images in slow motion in it. I think it was sung by a woman. It is been so long ago...
It was a very beautiful clip. (It was not a selfmade video!)
i love the quote from mayor bloomberg in there "again today we take into our hearts and minds those who perished on this site, one year ago. and also, those who came to toil in the rubble. to make order out of chaos. to help us make sense of our despair" beautiful song
i listen to this song so much i remeber that exact day as if it were yesturday the time and where i was and i was only in second grade i can't imagine how hard it is for thois who have lost their loved ones in this horrible tragidy R.I.P. you will never be forgoten its almost been 10 years
To every American that stood up and was counted on this painful day. The world stood up and soluted you, may you be stronger for it, and allow it shape your future for the better.
Even I didn't lost a person from my personal family, I feel like the whole world lost much more than the tragic figures who died in those two towers. The world lost humans AND humanity. I can't understand this and I feel so sorry for all the families who lost a personal member. May the future not hold any more of this for us. Let's hope with Obama, let's hope for a better world, let's hope the world will not end because the mouse build her own mousetrap.
I was too young to remember I was in kindergarden, the firemen on that day are true heros, and all the victims and victims familys are brave people who've suffers a great loss, the song is a great tribute and the video is touching.
amazing band theve gotten me through alot of things and i look up to them i cant wait for there new album! love this song and loved the fact they dedicated it to everyone in 911
i love this video its so powerful i can remember exactly where i was let us pray for the firefighters who fought for survivors and let us pray for the killed but not forgoten
every year on 9/11 i watch this just because it honors what happened perfectly you did a good job i hope you are proud of this video and this statement goes out to the band yellowcard as well
I was only 8 years old when this happened, and i remember it very clearly. I remember getting up for school that morning and turning on the tv while i was getting ready for school. i saw the news and i couldnt stop watching. i couldnt understand what was going on. But when the second plane hit the tower, i knew that i was witnessing something that would change my life forever. God bless those who lost their lives that day, and god bless those who are fighting for them.
This is a meaninfull song "everything is going to be alright be strong believe" is what the firemen said to the singer of yellowcard which means always belive your time may be nigh but you may come out the end.
i can't remeber which one of them it was but one of the singers was in the crash of the twin towers and he's talking about those great men "saving Lifes in the dark" climbing higher through the fire and never thought they would be coming out alvie and this was true but the lyrics "everything is going to be alright be strong believe" is what the firemen said to the singer of yellowcard
Never forget what happen thst day. Remember the people who went into the fire and never came back out. Remember the soldiers in iraq fighting for our freedom. Remeber to say I love you to all thoughs in your life you never know when it could be the last time you see them in your life. SEMPER FI
never forget what happen that day i cant remeber anything from that day because i was only like 3 but one thing every terrorist sould know is never get in my guns cross hairs or your not making it
i remember being in kindergarden in the school library and a teacher came in and told our class teacher what had happen and she was frantic, she turned on the raidio and us kids being young we didn't understand a word they were saying. and thats all i remember. my mom told me she was surprised that the impact was on my age group. i came home one day with a picture of the twin towers being hit.
hey there was no offense to that video i am a volunteer firefighter man i ididnt have enough tissues bro keep up the great work NEVER FORGET 9-11-2001 343 GONE BUT NEVER FORGOTTEN
i feel so lucky i wasnt there, but i feel i was for the ppl who were. . .but thankfully the victums r wit god now... God bless America land of the free
this song still brings tears to my eyes. RIP to all that died. well never forget the needless sacrifice that they all made. God bless every single one of them.
I have loved this song from day 1. So emotional. I will never forget what happened 9 yrs ago. Or this song. I can't get tired of hearing such an amazing song.
When this hit the news I thought it was some sort of sci-fi film on the TV and then I realized it was real and I sat and watched in stunned silence late into the night.
i was 5 years of age when this happend and i rember it like it happend yesterday my principle waled in the room and whisperd something to our teacer witch made he sob thne she turned on the news and no1 said a word RIP victims of 9/11 and Thank you HEROS of Untied 93
To everyone and anyone that puts others well being in front of their own. You truly are Angels sent from heaven! Your sacrifice is the reason Humanity will survive.
YOU ARE BLESSED IF YOU KNOW ONE OF THESE ANGELS! Bless you all
this is why alot of firefighters do what we do. they killed 343 of our brothers. and now were coming back all over the country in hundreds of thousands strong. ready and willing to do our duty to defend and protect people and their property.
i remember being called home from school and seeing this on the news. it hit me down deep. r.i.p. to those brave sould on flight 93 and those who died that day, and to all those who helped saved lives
To even think this kind of attack could happen to us. I thought our country was unpenetrable and impossible to break. Though our barriers broke our will hasn't and even this wont tear us down.
I think, as long as you respect what all those firefighters did for the people that where in and next to the wtc en the pentagon, you already did you're job. There is nothing more then you can do.
im australian but i still find it a tragic event at the sheer cost of lives. this is a great song since it truly pays heed to the victims snd the heroes of 9/11
i love this song. 9/11 was so sad even though im an aussie. this song reminds us of how we shoud be feeling and acting and how violent and savage we really act in the world.
I remember that as soon as the news sunk in I felt sickened at this tragedy, took me a while 'cause I just couldn't understand how/why this could happen. it's a great song and you've done justice to that by playing this vid as it shows what went on to which we should never forget what the brave men and woman did that day.
@X23Fan im not american either but when i heard i thought what did these people do to deserve this? they were only living their lives why did this have to happen to them?
I was in first grade when this happened --- I think this is the first time it's actually struck me. I didn't know how to absorb it when I was what, six?
Seeing the actual footage now that I'm older literally has me crying right now.
omg im joining military to kill taliban so this is like....yeah well wow lol this was reakky sad...sorry about ur family laughingxxxmute...that day SUCKED...total understatement..
What saddens me is that all of this could have been avoided. I had to watch a History Channel video in class called "The Road to 9/11." It was hard to watch but there were countless reports to the FBI about the radical Islam's giving sermons preaching hate for the U.S. in our own country! They wrote it off though. If you don't believe me, watch it. I'm serious. This was also the second attack. They were determined to finish the job they started. So sad. Very hard to watch that documentary.
Its exactly true what you said, the radical Islamic population hates us, however they have been shouting for our destruction for more years than I can remember , it didnt start with 9/11, they have been throwing missiles at us for a long time, our defense system counters those blows and the general public is none the wiser, this was one of the deciding factors of us going to war.
this was a sad day for man kind, but r.i.p to all the brave people who went in to help not knowing what they were dealing with. batman, superman, spiderman, they aint heroes compared to these people
@7weston I completely agree. Those men are the heroes of our lives, those who are ready to put their lives on the line for us. That is a bravery we cannot compete with. R.I.P
You know the only good thing that came out of 9-11? When the Islamic extremists did all of this, Americans weren't even intimidated into their message of Islamisation, but instead they just mourned for their fellow Americans out of a sense of compassion and love, defeating the purpose of the Islamists.
What a sense of unity that must've given Americans. You all should be proud.
those islamic extremists wanted to place fear into the american spirit but they failed nowone can destroy the american spirit no matter what they do r.i.p all inncoent victims and heros of 9/11 you will be remembered
We should never forget the horror of that day and never forgive those responsible what always shocks me is how the towers fell down so fast the people didn't stand a chance we should never forgive and forget An amazing tribute
Awesome job. As a firefighter, who was then in still in training when this happened, this means a lot, knowing that people still remember the events of this day. God rest the 343 that sacrificed their lives to save others, as well as all the victims lost on this day. Thanks for making the vid!
....Ironically, something good came out of this. For a couple of years, everyone in America cared for each other...it seems as if we've forgotten to care. So by forgetting to care we have forgotten this...
I can remember it like it was yesterday - Tuesday Sept 11 2001 days before I was going to college for the first time, Grandma actually woke me up when the first tower hit. I can remember going to that mall that day to get stuff, talking to one of the girls at the food court just balling....crazy
343 men gave thier lives on this day to save those who were trapped. I am proud to call myself i brother firefighter because of thier sacrifice. God grant you peace brothers.
i really love yellowcard a lot more because of this... it really really rocked! i play this song, i pray for their souls! all for the victims! all for yellowcard!
I remember coming home from school and seeing this on the television, it didnt seem real at the time, it was like something from a movie, but it wasnt...
I was only 5 years old when 9/11 actually happened so I don't remember much, but I do remember staying home because my Mom was in Seattle and was supposed to fly home that day.
Some of the victims of United 93. Unfortunately when I made the video I couldn't find pictures of all the passengers. Hopefully, I can get back to it and find the rest of them.
great vid, thanks :] it really upset me actually.. i just kept thinking what those people might have been thinking, who were actually in the tower... falling down... :| :'[
great song aswel (Y) i think it's good and nice that they made this song :]
why would they do this this world dosnt need war why would they belive god told them to do this and the goverment knew it was gonna happen why did the gov do nothing thats just bullshit but to this day we all live in our hearts that god is looking down on us be strong america!!
And again today, we take into our hearts and minds those who perished on this site one year ago. And also, those who came to the toil, in the rubble, to bring order out of chaos, to help bring us make sense of our despair...
all i thought when it happedn was holy beep it was so sad...my friedn was on one of the planes..all im happy about is flight 93 they fought back to save millions
You see the chaos of a building fall down and you think, this shit shouldn't happen in the U.S. You see this stuff in the news about third-world war-torn countries, but then you see the WTC coming down and it's like...this happened in New York City...I still can't believe it. Also, never forget that the Pentagon got hit too. My cubmaster from when I was little in boy scouts died on 9/11 in the pentagon. His son was my friend, whom has now been fatherless for eight years. This video...strong
Many people didn't know about the pentagon got hit and the plain that crashed in the sea i didn't knew i either but i watched the documantaire on tv and up till than i only knew about the plains in the WTC
great vid dude. 9/11 was a tragedy and will live on in all of us. song goes great with this horrible tragedy. i didnt lose anyone in 9/11 but when i think of this song or the inncident i remember my friend dying in a plane crash when i was little
The people who lost their lives that day will NEVER be forgotten. ♥ I cry every single time I listen to this song.

Seeing the actual footage now that I'm older literally has me crying right now.

FreakygirlSexmuffin 2 years ago 4
Its exactly true what you said, the radical Islamic population hates us, however they have been shouting for our destruction for more years than I can remember , it didnt start with 9/11, they have been throwing missiles at us for a long time, our defense system counters those blows and the general public is none the wiser, this was one of the deciding factors of us going to war.

Damn lunatics the people who did that were.
This video's beautiful in a way.
(Don't be offended by this!)

I won't forget. Not now. Not ever.

I can remember it like it was yesterday - Tuesday Sept 11 2001 days before I was going to college for the first time, Grandma actually woke me up when the first tower hit. I can remember going to that mall that day to get stuff, talking to one of the girls at the food court just balling....crazy
