Tried out Phonogram; The Singles Club, it is beautiful graphically speaking, but the plot was way to messy, slow, pretentious, and pointless for my taste.

Hey so i actually have a question for a change but whats your thoughts on the Scott Pilgrim film? i know there has just been a trailer but i'm just interested.

I haven't actually read the comics yet, but now i have a deadline lol

Second, the trailer looks AWE-SOME!!!

Both I (Casey) and my co-writer Rudy are waaay more excited for SP than Kick-Ass.

@acomicbookorange Yeah i'll definatly need to read the comics before going to see the film. I would have to agree bout being more excited about SP than Kick ass, the trailer is pretty epic. it reminded me of no more heroes a bit when i watched it (extra kl points in my book if u know what that is lol).

Is it weird that i would find beating up a girls 7 evil ex-boyfriends to date her easier than doing it the normal way lol.

These days we're so busy that we mostly read whatever we've put on the schedule to review on any given week. Do you think we should review Merc with a Mouth?

@acomicbookorange i'd recommend it, yeah. I think it's an easy series to try as it's apparently ending with issue #13 and has headpool (the zombie deadpool) and spoofs of betty and veronica of archie fame running around. I recommend it though, it feels a little more like the end of cable/deadpool then say the joe kelly material but easily a highlight of every month for me.

I love Phonogram! Anyone else reading my comment should too. Funny how Deadpool's popularity shot up this past year. I think they should wait for Ryan Reynolds to make the movie. He decided to make Green Lantern first, so forget him and move forward I say.
