  • Ya thats about it. not really that difficult. that is if you want to spend the time to make the demi.

  • nice recipe.... juz wondering wad liquor did u use after warming up the mushrooms and duck... i couldn't hear it... also i didn't manage to hear the duckaroni sauce

  • the wine is Madera Wine and the duckeroni sauce is an Alfredo sauce with a glaze de viande which is a reduced stock of veal bones and duck bones. Not really something you would make at home. a simple demi glaze bought at any gourmet market will do. If you want to make your own you can get any stock and reduce it by half over a simmering heat.
