  • @makingthebest09 It's still a misleading title and plays into the easily impressionable mindset of people that actually believe you can spot reduce. I suppose it's easier to say "lower belly fat" than "All you need for visable abs is to have sub15% body fat by creating a calorie deficit."

    On a personal note, what is your caloric intake when cutting? I'm guess around 900-1300 (mostly from protein) chased with some kind of thermogenic stack like ephedrine, caffeine, and aspirin.

  • @Jallandhara It's not about caloric deficit, because if you are super active, then you can send your body into starvation mode...which is why most never see their sexy abs... anyway to wrap this up so that I can begin making my next clip...the title to me at least isn't misleading...because it fully states.."to go with ebook..." anyway...thanks for the back and forth...details of my eating plan are in my ebook...and also sprinkled throughout the site..and these clips...thanks for posting~ahmad

  • @makingthebest09 it's more about making sure your body is properly absorbing key/smart nutrients timed around your daily workouts.. managing the quality of the foods placed into your body...and also doing ab moves to develop the mid-section all makes for the perfect balance that results in a great body...not just mid-section. ~ahmad

  • I have to modify these a bit so I can do them (because I have SLE and this gives me muscle/mobility issues at times). I am just getting started over again. I am working my way up to this. My mobility and range of motion is coming back to me, and I am doing much better. Thank you for posting these. My doc is pleased that I am engaging in an exercise program like this. He said himself he is looking forward to checking your videos out! I am seeing a full body difference already due to your videos!

  • Great channel here! question? I used to be in the army and kept excercising even after my term ended but I had an accident and injured 2 disc in my lower back when in my mid 30's, ( I'm now in my late 40's) since then I gained alot of belly weight! I can't excercise like I used to and if I do, I pull out my back and I'm in traction! Is there any excercise I can do to get rid of the weight in my mid section without hurting my back? I do light excercise and diets but it just won't go away.

  • @POPARTPRODUCTlONS Before we get into moves like this for your case, we need to work on reducing the belly fat. Your focus should be on fat loss...80 percent of your training needs to be cardio...20percent needs to be resistance training. I would suggest my week 1-12 cardio clips. Put all of your intensity into the cardio weekly clips AND into following the eating plans in lesson 2-4 clips OR from the ebooks...It's all about making this process fun...while you are doing this, you have to find out your balance...just how much activity do you REALLY need to balance out the food and drink intake...ok?~ahmad

  • Ahmad, can you please do or suggest to me a video that focuses directly on the triceps? I would love to have trim/lean, shapely arms :-) I've been making progress but I hate my arms.

  • @makingthebest09 Everything is good. I hope to be able to download that ebook soon. I have also added the wii fit to my workout and so far I've lost 7lbs. I had a question for you though, how do you feel about "standing ab exercises?" Do you think they are affective?

  • @MsMeekz GREAT QUESTION...the thing about those sort of moves is that you really need to engage the muscles being targeted before actual motion...I mean you need to really hold the contraction while you breathe...and try to feel the movement...check out my day 26 of 30 workout clip...:)~ahmad

  • Owwwww!!! I'm scared LOL but this "pooch" is bugging me so I'm-a bite the bullet and try it. I only have 3lb dumbells and 2lb ankle weights though. Can I modify using those? I'm using your moves along with some 12 min workouts from Charliejames75 and seeing great results even with such sort workouts! But as my tummy shrinks the lower part is more rounded than the upper portion. That is my natural shape but I need to push a bit harder and this may just be it. Wish me luck :-)

  • @AfroTee glad you are working smart. Yes adjust the weight to a lighter weight or no weight at all...I use heavy weight because my body got use to lighter weight...once I see my body getting use to the heavy weight...I will switch back...:)~ahmad

  • I've been doing that windsor pilates 8 min ab workout for some time now but I noticed my abs aren't looking any better I mean they look better then before I started but they aren't growing no more. Should I step up to some harder exercises? That 8 min workout does feel kind of easy to do now.

  • @JohnBlack666id I would suggest doing different styles of ab training. The pilates is awesome...try also using a medicine ball or cable pulleys to do rotational ab training. You want to make the abs work in various angles. Some days you might only train heavy. There are so many ways...let's keep talking...~ahmad

  • @makingthebest09 For some time I tried to do a super set consisting of 3 sets of 8 reps on a declined bench with weights behind my head for the abs, I consider this hard training after some time the only difference I observed was the back pain and the fact that my abs were loosing that square shape, probably because I was doing only that type of exercise, then I went back to that 8 min workout and redefined my abs. Now I want to enlarge them and make them stand out more, I have no equipment atm.

  • @darknluvly702 don't give up to quick on the moves in the clip...use no weights...and work up to this... I am sure you can...I have a 79 year old client that does the moves with lighter weights...of course...lol...I used the weights because it challenges my level of fitness...should have put that in the intro...~ahmad
