What we must do is connect with our inner power, our higher Self. Think of it this way. All dimensions exist already and the thrid dimension, ie the physical is at the edges so the further you go "inward" the higher frequencies you'll re-member.

Yes this is man made, but why do you claim scalar waves are doing this ?

Simple because they are scalar clouds and HAARP is working through scalar waves though they do not "exist" - mind control is also done through scalar waves. A mobile phone makes a scalar wave field app. 20 cm which is excellent for the human brain - just a few things more. Stay tuned.

Okay, scalar waves do exist (if not in college text books) but mind control control can be done with non-scalar waves, and, just because the wave around an antenna, whatever its frequency, has not become propagation phase coherent, this does not mean that local radiation is scalar

If it were scalar it would go through sheet metal, whereas of course sheet metal acts as a reflector to antenna EMF

Similarly 'HAARP' clouds do not automatically indicate a presence of the especial scalar radiation

They cannot know until they make an inner decision to take a little step of out the comfort zone. It is a huge challenge, since when being disconnected they are not really in command any longer - they are mainly remote-controlled zombies. The HAARP "game" is designed very well from that point of view. Enough people will wake up very soon - enough to point the direction for others.
