It's a shame the movie didn't follow the book. In all honesty the book was way better than the movie. Why the American Publisher told Anthony Burgess to leave out the last chapter is beyond me. No, it hasn't got comunistic ideas. He used many words in a slang argot, mix of modified Slavic words, Polari, Cockney rhyming slang, deived Russian an words invented by Burgess (the writer) himself.

The autor of the book invented that fictitious teen language to make the book atemporal, because in a couple of years the slang they use woulnd't be a "teenage slang".

(I don't know if I have explained it well. Sorry, English is not my first language ;) )
