  • right before the super bowl. it's time for hoffa and fellow teamsters to come to indiana just like they did in wisconsin

  • STFU MITCH, YOU FUCKING LIAR! IT'S A GOOD THING FOR YOU YOU ARE NOT UNDER OATH, BECAUSE HERE IN INDIANA THE CITIZENS CAN ARREST ANYONE THEY WITNESS COMMIT A FELONY; AND LYING UNDER OATH IS A FELONY. INDIANA LAW ALSO PROVIDES FOR A CITIZEN'S PROSECUTION IF THE PROSECUTOR IS FAILING TO REPRESENT THEIR CONSTITUENTS. I AM WATCHING YOU MITCH AND WILL THROW YOUR ASS IN JAIL AT A MOMENTS NOTICE. YOUR STATE BOYS CAN ALSO EXPECT TO BE CHARGED, ARRESTED, AND PROSECUTED IF THEY INTERFERE.

  • All this bill does is to try to break the Unions by not allowing them to raise the money needed to support their local facilities, business agent and staff. The so called ‘right to work bill’ should be called the right to mooch and freeload off your fellow union workers. The workers who pay their dues that pay for their business agent and local facilities. The agent who negotiated the benefits for them: health insurance, pension, dental insurance, pay rate and regular hours worked

  • You may be surprised that not all Union workers are Democrats. As a 40 year Republican and 38 year Union member, I am sick and tired of the way the Republicans have railroaded away the middle class worker’s rights the last 11 years.

  • If you use the same thinking as the ‘right to work bill’, then the following scenario should also be true. If I move into a neighborhood with an association, I should not have to pay any dues to live there and benefit from what ever the association can do for me.

  • If you use the same thinking as the ‘right to work bill’, then the following scenario should also be true. If I live in a district or move into a district or I am put into a district, because the borders were redrawn, and I do not like or agree with the representative of that district, then I should not have to pay any taxes that directly pay for that representatives salary. I should be able to get the benefits of being represented without paying for it.

  • A Union company setting up a business in Indiana, already knows the employee pays for their own union dues. A non union company setting up a business in Indiana, does not have to deal with any union dues anyway. In both cases the so called ‘right to work bill’ does not make the company more money. Therefore a legitimate company would have no fear or qualms about setting up a business in Indiana without the ‘right to work bill’

  • I AM a memeber of a union. I CHOSE to join a union. I also had the CHOICE not join a union. I MADE THE CHOICE. I was in no way FORCED to join. It is a CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHT of not only mine, but everyones to have that freedom to CHOOSE. This so called RIGHT TO WORK bill takes that away from not only me, but many others like me who freely chose to join a UNION. STOP this game of politics, let this bill come to a REFERENDUM, and let the people CHOOSE what is right for this state.

  • Employers should be able to negotiate the terms and conditions to work under thier employ without government intervention. The marketplace should pick the winners, not politicians! When did it become a Republican principle to infringe on the rights of employers? True libertarians should be outraged!

  • It is only LOW PAYING JOBS,Anyone i mean ANYONE, can join the union. Our veterens that no one else wants to hire, people who want to make an HONEST living. These are all lies. the governor wants you to work for mimium wage, he wants you struggle while he stays warm in the house we pay for.If you are not a person who is a tradesman, or a hard labor worker, then you have no buisness voicing your opionon. We just want honest wage for an honest day, we are all simple people who are being attacked,

  • @317crazymamma3............. U said it like it really is ,he is a liar who wants to get rid of all the working class/ middle class people and since the want us to work for min wage maybe daniels and bosma should take a pay cut 2

  • I will vote for it

  • This is AMERICA!!!!! You are taking our American freedoms away, when you force a person to join a UNION! Wake up PEOPLE!!Obama has taken enough of our freedoms! NO MORE!

  • He won't disclose the funding for these CON-mercials. He is a liar and I hope this all blows up in the Republicans slimy faces when the Superbowl comes to town and the national spotlight is shining bright. What a slimy little weenie man!

  • Mitch Daniels is a liar. Solidarity.

  • @riverbilly224 ... if you can't earn an additional $5K per year on your own merits and skills, you don't deserve it.

  • Oh please Governor, give us the right to make $5,000 less per year than non-right to work states. Oh please Governor, give us the right to not have the right to freely negotiate a legal contract between employers and employees. Oh please Governor, give us the right to break the law to make free market decisions. Oh please Governor, I thought you were the less government guy but now you want government where it helps employers and hurts working people. Oh please, Governor.
