Actually it depends on what build the Knight has and if the Jester has HoP+Vital or not. I know my 1v1 Knight can usually be put down with an HoP or two.

Bow Jesters and Rangers, however... different story. Not a chance.

Actually, in all reality they're better for leveling than a YJ, at least up to level 120. With the integration of Vampire weapons, they can outdo them after that, but certainly not before. They crit high and often, and crit away instead of the YJs annoying knockback. Not to mention they're damn near invincible with all the block/DEX they get, and can solo PvM later.

But yes, PvP they're pretty much screwed. Even a 65 Ranger can generally beat them unbuffed. Speaking form experience, of course.
