what is possible....what ever we come up..what we can imagine..in fisics i know its the wrong word...any whay what ever we can think of is right there out in the open..the only thing we have to do is to find the key to unlock that door...first i thought that we were at the beginning of becomming god...now i know that it is already there out into the open ready for us to exsplore...we just have to simplevie it ...
@opiated666 I understand what you are saying, and I also can't find the right words to say it. All is one, and one is all. One person isn't much, but many of those ones can form an empire. Life can only eat things that were also once alive. You cannot create, nor can you destroy matter. It's all connected, all these tiny things that form big things, which form bigger things. But what could this so called "key" be?
its so open .. see the univers as a brain... moments and of moments stars explode black hole burst feeding information .. like ..how can i explain this .. its al not that complicated..when you see the big picture...everything is feeding something as in everything...its all connected.. action forms reaction.. so does our brain...life isnt that complicated when you take the snall and turn it into big it al looks the same...but how to explain..when you dont know the exspensive words....
In one of my video clips which I call " why do planets tilt" I explain from where gamma rays are coming from. That energy has nothing to do with atoms energy but it force the planets to function. when external energy exceeds overall internal energy inner core loses that energy which it travels out form of gamma rays.
They had to be caused by something far bigger, then science could explain. BOOOOOOMMMMM WOOOOOOOOOSSSSSS*complete and utter destruction*SSSSSSHHHHHHHHHH!!!
It is natural to device theory's and such when looking to the cosmo's and our existance within it,,, But to ignorantly belief a statement or religion is damaging ,,,
Cuzz we dont know and we should humble at the sight of these cosmic pattrens,
Einsteins theory is young, infact the entire human species is young,,, so how can we claim anything to be trully right , only to stumble upon some event that throws it all of balance lol, be open minded ^^
@NoToTheYayo myeah i dont know but to bad people just keep on toying with the mental madness of today. completely losing the essence of truth and being. It is really really sad.And really leads to people going completely wrong because the biggest thing in all of existance is denied to them... To live as a proper sentient being. To be able to ask and chase. explore. Not to be forced "walls of reality" to detain the human spirit.
"A disturbing image arose..." - enter advertising banner blocking the image. Yes, that is disturbing, indeed. I'd rather have the ads before the beginning of the video than during... GRRR
I understand your points of view, it's from that of the standard cosmological theory. Plasma cosmology is practical, buildable and repeatable. No tearing of realities. The forces for many things would be different if we placed them at more reasonable distances. I would still say that it is closer to the expected behavior at the sun's heliopause, it's 'virtual cathode' plasma coma is interacting with the surrounding galactic plasma. However, I could be mistaken. It's a new science after all.
Big Rip. That will be the most likely and logical answer to this phenomenal even. The big Bang started it, the Big Rip ends it. Hell, we do not even have anything to protect us from the Gamma bursts from any starts at even small magnitudes.
@SaikyouHikari Really? Reality tears itself apart? Mathematicians and science fiction writers have deluded you. Because it is all around us it may not be far far away. The sun is encased in a plasma coma, this coma has an anode, the sun, and a virtual cathode. Maybe these bursts indicate the transfer of longitudinal waves to transversal waves as they power our solar coma. Of course, this has only been backed up in the lab, since electricity doesn't exist in space to cosmologists.
@MegaSteadfast Tell a cosmologist to use provable magnetohydrodynamic principles in their mathematical models. They would still wish to refer to falsified neutron star theories and hypothetical particles and so forth. Plasma preforms the functions we see NATURALLY. Understand that in the plama forms double-layers and coma sheaths to seperate different plasma types. It's cellular in nature. Plasma has three different modes, Dark, glow and Arc mode, all of which occur in our own solar system.
@MegaSteadfast If it's alright, I would like to make a comment, I know nothing about this topic, but I do know that you could have made your point to Krackonis without calling him a "retard"
Perhaps they are more local.... Like say.... Within our own plasma oven powering the sun? Part of our own solar coma? Perhaps connections made to the interstellar medium by our plasma sucking energy from it and giving it the sun powering the solar corona?
@Krackonis I don't think you comprehend the magnitude of forces involved here. The object that was a star before collapse vanishes utterly in space. In order for these rays to be produced, an object must be removed from "reality" as we know it, at least for this type of burst.
Interestingly, another type of gamma signal that's been found. Associated not with star formation/collapse as these are but with some of the most violent places in the universe, such as large elliptical galaxies.
@Keinlicht Assuming you think that Gravity is the driving force. The spectrum and energy decay indicate it is similar in character to a short or lightning strike. Assuming the "CMB" is not local is also cause for some concern from cosmologist who do not understand how plasma and electricity behave. Like Quasars, removing them from far off distances and placing them local dovetails well and is an expected consequence of plasma cells and double layers in space.
@Keinlicht Interestingly in the 'real world' gamma rays are produced by accelerated ions in a magnetic field. I would suggest that nature does the same thing. And a plasma focus in the center of galaxies was proposed by Hannes Alfven in the 1970's. (Nobel prize winner, 1970, space plasmas)
@Krackonis "gamma rays are produced by accelerated ions in a magnetic field." Yep.
I just don't see any reason to think the source of these gamma bursts is localized, the properties of near-earth space have undergone intensive study and the sources of gamma ray bursts tend to be associated with certain regions of space, particularly old ones.
@Keinlicht I don't think it HAS to be localized, it simply makes sense electrically. I would debate you on the rest of your phrase" particularly old ones" as Plasma Cosmology understands that Gravity, Mass, Nuclear Decay Rates are all variables depending on input current to the system and as such the age of the universe cannot be determined with any accuracy. However, given the structures (strings) that Galaxies exist in, would take over 100 billion years to form, it's certainly older than 20.
@Krackonis I also think that your hypothesis is flawed as the the magnitude of the forces involved or the sheer energy released from sed gamma ray bursts are FAR greater than any amount of energy within our solar system or even galaxy. Besides, simple redshifts show that the gamma rays or associated reactions with atmospheres of celestial bodies prove that sed bursts are coming from far outside anything we can respect.
wait a minute, sure a super massive explosion is going to be more energy than in our whole solar system, but did you mean that you think these explosions would have more energy than anything in our own galaxy or all the energy in our galaxy combined ?
I believe there are supposed to be supermassive black holes at the center of every galaxy and that in itself would seem to be a bigger amount of energy than these explosions.
@ONIONEILL You assume that the solar system is not connected electrically to the galaxy. The GRB's do not HAVE to be far away, they could be the "sparks" from our heliopause (cathode) connecting the solar and galactic plasma. HOWEVER, I could easily be wrong. Your knowledge tells you what you see. Since we are in different paradigms, what you see if different that myself. We are in different theories.
@TiroTiro2000 they're not defying einstein. They are focussed beams released by black holes. They can have such a high energy because they are releasing their energy in a very small cone. They are cause by the friction of matter falling into a black hole
I think half the point was that they are NOT focused beams released in the shape of very small cones, but rather the gamma rays are uniformly distributed across the sky.
@cybertron1000s : Yes, u r right, in Quasars, as mass is compressed into an infinitesimally small volume, laws of physics might break due to the singularity!
@cybertron1000s yes this video is ancient; now we know that those are Quasars, they are not explosions but rather a beam of energy projected into space from super massive blackholes at the centre of galaxies
i saw this entire series, and i think that they determined that it was just concentrated super nova exploding...nothing special. i was disappointed =/
gamma ray bursts are signatures of past events and can be of a residual nature, resonating between dimensions due to the sheer intensity of energy......our universe not being static in nature, may in itself be part of an orbital cycle which intercedes this event or this event spirals throughout the cosmos dimensionally or multidimensionally.
My theory is this is caused by a giant black hole and the gamma rays are hiting these other stars and wiping them out a bit like small little bubbles, pockets of gas and the gamma rays hit them and they explode...of course you all know the gamma rays come from a giant dying star getting turned into a giant black hole IE:-sucked in to the black hole.
I believe the distant GRB is caused when the object moves away from our perspective past the speed of light. The EM field collapses & we receive the entire spectrum instantly the moment the connection is lost. Note the sun hardly ever spews gamma ray photons with mass energy exceeding 500,000 eV yet objects thousands of light years away can produce gamma ray photons with mass energy of 3.5 TeV, 7 million times stronger than what is detected coming from our sun. An atomic particle/wave illusion.
To test this hypothesis all one would have to do is to separate two detectors in space by a great distance, synchronize the time, point 1 @ the other while having both of them looking in same direction. Then wait for a GRB to occur. If the detectors detect the GRB at the same exact moment then my hypothesis is correct. It would not matter how far away from the GRB event or the detectors were from one another in respect to the event, if this is right the GRB will violate the speed of c.
Here's my take on E=MC2 square; Note that there is always a beginning point (a start) following a count, then comes a format of a generated mass of(?) "Could it be a new birth of an actual BLACK WHOLE?? Or A new form of Life form? Note also its' starting points from left to top to bottom to center. Energy = action(E=A), Pressing = Connectioning(P=C), Force =Recreation(F=R), Galaxtic Plaine of out burst of entities. The Big Bang, Massive Explosion (Massive Gamma Explosions...) maybe, other universes being created trillions and trillions of miles away, or Universes that were created and where SO far away they have only just reached us?
@GamingallGenres ...A trillion miles isn't very far, astronomically speaking. It's about one sixth of a light year.
It also can't be other universes because the "visible universe" exists in an event horizon of sorts, in which light from beyond that point will ever ever reach Earth, due to the rate of space expansion.
@GerrohTheCommie I was a little Schizoprenic for reasons unknown i hear sounds that i never heard before in my head and i seem to feel radio signals from elsewhere.....
@caeliss7 E=MC^2 means Energy is equal to Mass multiplied by the universal Constant(The speed of light) squared. It is meant to be a universal rule, it doesn't just apply to Earth, or any single part of the universe, and there's no reason it would.
I predicted this thirty years ago with exploding black holes. An exploding black hole is a 2-dimensional phenomenon, not a 3-dimensional one. The resulting explosion, before the collapsed matter "fuel" is spent, is many times what it would be in 3 dimensions, in terms of energy, size, and mass to energy ratio.
I think that using one equation for all physics is like using addition as the only equation in math. There's bound to be explanations for things that fall astray from Einsteins' theories... just cause something like this is proven wrong, doesn't mean it's entirely wrong for something else. In this case I believe this equation is being used in the wrong context. I also don't know why this is recently coming out to the public... the whole idea of dying stars defy Einstein's theory...
BBCWorldwide, thank you for your video explaining to us the explosions that defies Einstein that is only explained as the xplosions resulting from the awesome battle between Chuck Norris and Mr. T!
@PornobrillenAli i can :D Einstein inserted the "cosmological constant" into his theory, this was because relativity predicted an expansion and Einstein supported the static universe model. Also he stated black holes shouldn't form in nature (but thats much less of an issue) he later retracted the cosmological constant calling it his greatest mistake after Hubble proved him wrong.
guys guys calm down. im my mind science proves that "God" exists. we only see "God" as we do because it helps us understand the concept. think about it. what single event or thing could have possibly created all that we see?
Basque was spoken in all of Europe as a common language, because almost all the population of Europe had migrated from the Sahara when the formerly productive land became a desert.New cults from Anatolia, all of them promoted male domination. Priests were sent all over Europe with orders to destroy the ancient religion of the Goddess, create nations, and invent new languages for each new nation.Every language had to be based on the basque language because there was no other from which to work
It is interesting to note that Arab investors and China are working on new physics such as Magnetic Lens Technology. The possible repercussions and consequences are discussed in The Lords of 2112 available at Amazon.com
@DoctaRichiee Do you even understand the science here? It's Mass-energy equivalence. The mass of a body is the measure of its energy content. Mass can be turned into energy and vice versa because of the aforementioned formula. These stars are dying... losing mass and energy as they do... and then when they explode, they release more energy then what is thought possible due to Einsteins famous formula. The math isn't coming out right. At least that's how I see it... tell me if i'm wrong.
@DoctaRichiee Also to answer your question... the burst you asked about is called a Gamma Ray Burst. They are the brightest events ever recorded in the sky. Gamma Ray Bursts happen when a star of a certain type dies and goes supernova.
@ThaJoka420 Alright I get what those Gamma Ray Bursts are and that they are related to supernovas. However, I do not quite understand how them being at random places has anything to do with E=mc2
@DoctaRichiee That's not what they meant when they said it could defy Einsteins equation. The placement of the GRB's isn't defying the equation... the energy output of the GRB's is what is defying the equation. As I stated in my first reply to you... the math is wrong. Like I asked before... do you understand the equation? If not you might want to go google it then come back and watch the video again. It all comes down to the amount of energy that is being released.
@ThaJoka420 well my understanding of e = mc2 is that it explains the wave-particle duality of nature. It tells us that mass and energy are basically different manifestations of the same thing and can be converted into either form proportionally. I just don't understand how this gamma radiation has anything to do with it. The video doesn't really describe the relationship in anyway. Maybe I'm just lacking some background information or something.
@DoctaRichiee If it was an explosion E would equate to a greater sum than the MC2. In this clip the gamma ray burst is the energy released, because of the distances involved the energy is dispersed as the circumference of the explosion increases. To get such high readings the mass to be converted would be huge. This coupled to the fact that converting mass into energy is really hard to do (even an atomic bomb is inefficient at this and thats using matter that's unstable) points to something ...
Because since they are in random places, that means most of them are from outside our galaxy (our galaxy, the Milky Way, only occupies a small stretch of our sky), which means that they would have to travel far larger differences, so they must be far brighter than we expected. If they are that extremely bright (i.e., have so much energy), the concern is that there could not possibly be enough mass in one place to produce that much energy by E=mc^2.
perhaps the gamma ray burst are two close to the satellite?? is our companion star; that we are having a little of trouble finding, really a black hole? and were getting a lot more background gamma ray off our binary system?? just thowing this out there. Thoughts?
@SAMAND33 Oh i apologize, i wouldnt want to waste your time lurking youtube spewing retarded comments that you cannot even spell or arrange in a logical order. Please continue.
look guys just watch the video . be grateful for the years of effort these brilliant men spent. yeah there some religious fanatics that babble on and on about God this and God that. Science can be explained, God can't. Therefore if there is a God, well that's an awesome. if there isn't then we shouldn't lose hope, that's just stupid. Even if there was a God no one can't prove it so what's the use trying to prove it
@ElMirc So E^2 = m^2c^4 + p^2c^2 means a HUGE difference, having the kinetic energy right there. Though I'm no scientist, so I might be horribly wrong.
u see i believe in something called the 11th dimension. i dont believe in all this fairytale garbage with heaven and hell. of course who wouldnt want all of that to exist?
Einstein was not that great. E=MC2 is good, but he never understood the atom or quantum mechanics. he understood gravity, time and energy which are the effect of atoms and the components of matter, but like an accountant, only an economist knows where the numbers come from and an account only adds them up. I think he lacked "real" imagination. In time his theories will be debunked.
@dprague Yeah, his theories were suited for our limits of knowledge. It is a very good theory and hard to debunk. However, at the rate that we are learning new things, the most strongest upheld theory of today may be debunked tomorrow.
@dprague I think you lack "intelligence" if you think he lacked imagination. Einsteins theory of general relativity explains more than you will ever know about physics. Any new theories will essentially be an amendment to the current theory used today. Scientific theories are not debunked really its more along the lines of they explained everything and still hold true but a more accurate picture can be given by newer theories. Scientist today are standing on the shoulders of giants
Wish they didn't do this, Horizon shorts have a bad habbit of cutting short before they give the answer they already know. Its caused by blackholes venting the energy in one specific direction. Take a normal blast and focus all its strength in just one direction and you get a much greater distance for force...
I think this last video makes science stand back and see the impossible just happen or did I just not hear the narrator say so. So how can you believe what just happened if it couldn't be? How could scientifically, logic humans believe such a thing. You would have to believe in something bigger happening, but here you can't explain it though you saw it, can't believe it yet it happened. Sounds like faith, Well hello
Ok, most will not get it think was religious argument but it was the answer. FOE, focus of energy, your thoughts, concepts and principles (religions/ beliefs) focus energy in that manner and form. "I can only prove that which you are willing to accept". Do you not see that there are as man "realities" as there are stars! This is a giant soup of realities all going on simultaneously What happens when two realities collide?
Ok, I tried not to comment, but.. Look all beliefs are religions! God is a term used to inscribe what one "worships" or favors greatly even to the point of being defensive when criticized. Your God may be science and critical thinking, it may be serendipity, it may be sin, guilt, damnation, hate, anger, love kindness, giving, exploration, seeking the truth etc. does not matter it is all religion and beliefs, focus of energy... focus of energy for every person there is a different religion, FOE
where does energy come from? where does god come from? where does 'nothing' come from? where does that "nothingness" that whatever we can think of was not there come from? where does that "there" come from? PLS PLS ANSWER. TNX

Science is a tool to explore the world,to understand how things works around us,to explain the unexplainable.Quran explain it all years ago. Many scientist joined islam. U cant say god never exist due to science, science is only a tool to understand the world.
know the mantra, the Blah, Blah since 40 years ago. You are the “scientist” supporting the Flat Earth for 2000 years and supporting Einstein for another 20 centuries but NEVER to study a NEW PARADIGM even though it is so clear as the Dr. Carezani one, talking about the 1000 and one stories as the famous fable.
The movie is very clear: The energy measured is bigger than E = mo c^2,
To Autodymics it is not any problem because if Gravitation is PUSHING by Gravitons, no Attraction, the particle's or body's rest mass energy is given by E = mo c^3.
This was a result got by U. J. Balis, a researcher at Utah University, later at Harvard, applying the Feynman's theory on Autodynamics Quantum Universal Gravitation
Of course, it is very dangerous to study Autodynamics because you could be burned at the stake. It is much simpler to invent stories that take action, supporting the TRUTH.
I use the PH. D. because, in general, all those blog are filling up with charlatans
"..i want to read comments relating to science or read any new theories and learn from them" I don't think so. You as Scientist from the conventional Wisdom only repeat the actual wrong Paradig, as Flat Eart, Geocentric, Aether, Einsten, etc. but NEVER will study deeply a New Paradigm as the Dr. Carezani; Autodynamics. as autodinamicaar org
@lucyhaye1 "Never" is a word that should be banned form the science lexicon.
So called new paradigms are only valid as a determined class, in hindsight. A point that Thomas Kuhn makes very clear. The transition is never easy but i believe should come from a thorough scientific debate not, as Plank put it: "because its opponents eventually die, and a new generation grows up that is familiar with it [it being the new paradigm]".
As to the "Ph. D" you added there....it doesn't play in your favor.

That energy has nothing to do with atoms energy but it force the planets to function. when external energy exceeds overall internal energy inner core loses that energy which it travels out form of gamma rays.

SaikyouHikari 5 months ago
@SaikyouHikari Really? Reality tears itself apart? Mathematicians and science fiction writers have deluded you. Because it is all around us it may not be far far away. The sun is encased in a plasma coma, this coma has an anode, the sun, and a virtual cathode. Maybe these bursts indicate the transfer of longitudinal waves to transversal waves as they power our solar coma. Of course, this has only been backed up in the lab, since electricity doesn't exist in space to cosmologists.
Krackonis 5 months ago
@Krackonis What you just said is complete bullshit. "Electricity doesn't exist in space to cosmologists"?
Electricity exists anywhere electrons are stripped, you fucking retard.
MegaSteadfast 4 months ago
@MegaSteadfast Tell a cosmologist to use provable magnetohydrodynamic principles in their mathematical models. They would still wish to refer to falsified neutron star theories and hypothetical particles and so forth. Plasma preforms the functions we see NATURALLY. Understand that in the plama forms double-layers and coma sheaths to seperate different plasma types. It's cellular in nature. Plasma has three different modes, Dark, glow and Arc mode, all of which occur in our own solar system.
Krackonis 4 months ago
@MegaSteadfast If it's alright, I would like to make a comment, I know nothing about this topic, but I do know that you could have made your point to Krackonis without calling him a "retard"

Perhaps they are more local.... Like say.... Within our own plasma oven powering the sun? Part of our own solar coma? Perhaps connections made to the interstellar medium by our plasma sucking energy from it and giving it the sun powering the solar corona?
Krackonis 5 months ago
@Krackonis I don't think you comprehend the magnitude of forces involved here. The object that was a star before collapse vanishes utterly in space. In order for these rays to be produced, an object must be removed from "reality" as we know it, at least for this type of burst.
Interestingly, another type of gamma signal that's been found. Associated not with star formation/collapse as these are but with some of the most violent places in the universe, such as large elliptical galaxies.
Keinlicht 5 months ago
@Keinlicht Assuming you think that Gravity is the driving force. The spectrum and energy decay indicate it is similar in character to a short or lightning strike. Assuming the "CMB" is not local is also cause for some concern from cosmologist who do not understand how plasma and electricity behave. Like Quasars, removing them from far off distances and placing them local dovetails well and is an expected consequence of plasma cells and double layers in space.
Krackonis 5 months ago
@Krackonis What? Sorry I don't think I understood any of that
Keinlicht 5 months ago
@Keinlicht Interestingly in the 'real world' gamma rays are produced by accelerated ions in a magnetic field. I would suggest that nature does the same thing. And a plasma focus in the center of galaxies was proposed by Hannes Alfven in the 1970's. (Nobel prize winner, 1970, space plasmas)
Krackonis 4 months ago
@Krackonis "gamma rays are produced by accelerated ions in a magnetic field." Yep.
I just don't see any reason to think the source of these gamma bursts is localized, the properties of near-earth space have undergone intensive study and the sources of gamma ray bursts tend to be associated with certain regions of space, particularly old ones.
Keinlicht 4 months ago
@Keinlicht I don't think it HAS to be localized, it simply makes sense electrically. I would debate you on the rest of your phrase" particularly old ones" as Plasma Cosmology understands that Gravity, Mass, Nuclear Decay Rates are all variables depending on input current to the system and as such the age of the universe cannot be determined with any accuracy. However, given the structures (strings) that Galaxies exist in, would take over 100 billion years to form, it's certainly older than 20.
Krackonis 2 months ago
@Krackonis I also think that your hypothesis is flawed as the the magnitude of the forces involved or the sheer energy released from sed gamma ray bursts are FAR greater than any amount of energy within our solar system or even galaxy. Besides, simple redshifts show that the gamma rays or associated reactions with atmospheres of celestial bodies prove that sed bursts are coming from far outside anything we can respect.
ONIONEILL 4 months ago
@ONIONEILL
wait a minute, sure a super massive explosion is going to be more energy than in our whole solar system, but did you mean that you think these explosions would have more energy than anything in our own galaxy or all the energy in our galaxy combined ?
I believe there are supposed to be supermassive black holes at the center of every galaxy and that in itself would seem to be a bigger amount of energy than these explosions.
Do you have comparative numbers for any of this ?
Curas1 4 months ago
@ONIONEILL You assume that the solar system is not connected electrically to the galaxy. The GRB's do not HAVE to be far away, they could be the "sparks" from our heliopause (cathode) connecting the solar and galactic plasma. HOWEVER, I could easily be wrong. Your knowledge tells you what you see. Since we are in different paradigms, what you see if different that myself. We are in different theories.

gamma ray bursts are signatures of past events and can be of a residual nature, resonating between dimensions due to the sheer intensity of energy......our universe not being static in nature, may in itself be part of an orbital cycle which intercedes this event or this event spirals throughout the cosmos dimensionally or multidimensionally.
Friendly9593 7 months ago
My theory is this is caused by a giant black hole and the gamma rays are hiting these other stars and wiping them out a bit like small little bubbles, pockets of gas and the gamma rays hit them and they explode...of course you all know the gamma rays come from a giant dying star getting turned into a giant black hole IE:-sucked in to the black hole.

251lpm 7 months ago
I believe the distant GRB is caused when the object moves away from our perspective past the speed of light. The EM field collapses & we receive the entire spectrum instantly the moment the connection is lost. Note the sun hardly ever spews gamma ray photons with mass energy exceeding 500,000 eV yet objects thousands of light years away can produce gamma ray photons with mass energy of 3.5 TeV, 7 million times stronger than what is detected coming from our sun. An atomic particle/wave illusion.
GateMessenger 7 months ago
To test this hypothesis all one would have to do is to separate two detectors in space by a great distance, synchronize the time, point 1 @ the other while having both of them looking in same direction. Then wait for a GRB to occur. If the detectors detect the GRB at the same exact moment then my hypothesis is correct. It would not matter how far away from the GRB event or the detectors were from one another in respect to the event, if this is right the GRB will violate the speed of c.

GamingallGenres 8 months ago
@GamingallGenres ...A trillion miles isn't very far, astronomically speaking. It's about one sixth of a light year.
It also can't be other universes because the "visible universe" exists in an event horizon of sorts, in which light from beyond that point will ever ever reach Earth, due to the rate of space expansion.

I predicted this thirty years ago with exploding black holes. An exploding black hole is a 2-dimensional phenomenon, not a 3-dimensional one. The resulting explosion, before the collapsed matter "fuel" is spent, is many times what it would be in 3 dimensions, in terms of energy, size, and mass to energy ratio.
gsmonks 8 months ago
I think that using one equation for all physics is like using addition as the only equation in math. There's bound to be explanations for things that fall astray from Einsteins' theories... just cause something like this is proven wrong, doesn't mean it's entirely wrong for something else. In this case I believe this equation is being used in the wrong context. I also don't know why this is recently coming out to the public... the whole idea of dying stars defy Einstein's theory...

@PornobrillenAli i can :D Einstein inserted the "cosmological constant" into his theory, this was because relativity predicted an expansion and Einstein supported the static universe model. what are those bursts and how does it have anything to do with e=mc2?
DoctaRichiee 9 months ago
@DoctaRichiee Do you even understand the science here? It's Mass-energy equivalence. The mass of a body is the measure of its energy content. Mass can be turned into energy and vice versa because of the aforementioned formula. These stars are dying... losing mass and energy as they do... and then when they explode, they release more energy then what is thought possible due to Einsteins famous formula. The math isn't coming out right. At least that's how I see it... tell me if i'm wrong.
ThaJoka420 9 months ago
@DoctaRichiee Also to answer your question... the burst you asked about is called a Gamma Ray Burst. They are the brightest events ever recorded in the sky. Gamma Ray Bursts happen when a star of a certain type dies and goes supernova.
ThaJoka420 9 months ago
@ThaJoka420 Alright I get what those Gamma Ray Bursts are and that they are related to supernovas. However, I do not quite understand how them being at random places has anything to do with E=mc2
DoctaRichiee 9 months ago
@DoctaRichiee That's not what they meant when they said it could defy Einsteins equation. The placement of the GRB's isn't defying the equation... the energy output of the GRB's is what is defying the equation. As I stated in my first reply to you... the math is wrong. Like I asked before... do you understand the equation? If not you might want to go google it then come back and watch the video again. It all comes down to the amount of energy that is being released.
ThaJoka420 9 months ago
@ThaJoka420 well my understanding of e = mc2 is that it explains the wave-particle duality of nature. It tells us that mass and energy are basically different manifestations of the same thing and can be converted into either form proportionally. I just don't understand how this gamma radiation has anything to do with it. The video doesn't really describe the relationship in anyway. Maybe I'm just lacking some background information or something.
DoctaRichiee 9 months ago
@DoctaRichiee If it was an explosion E would equate to a greater sum than the MC2. In this clip the gamma ray burst is the energy released, because of the distances involved the energy is dispersed as the circumference of the explosion increases. To get such high readings the mass to be converted would be huge. This coupled to the fact that converting mass into energy is really hard to do (even an atomic bomb is inefficient at this and thats using matter that's unstable) points to something ...
javmango 8 months ago
@DoctaRichiee .... having gone wrong. it turned out to not be explosions but focused beams of gamma rays
javmango 8 months ago
@DoctaRichiee
DoctorFrogger 9 months ago

Einstein was not that great. E=MC2 is good, but he never understood the atom or quantum mechanics. he understood gravity, time and energy which are the effect of atoms and the components of matter, but like an accountant, only an economist knows where the numbers come from and an account only adds them up. I think he lacked "real" imagination. In time his theories will be debunked.
dprague 9 months ago
@dprague Yeah, his theories were suited for our limits of knowledge. It is a very good theory and hard to debunk. However, at the rate that we are learning new things, the most strongest upheld theory of today may be debunked tomorrow.
Firewallz3 9 months ago
@dprague I think you lack "intelligence" if you think he lacked imagination. Einsteins theory of general relativity explains more than you will ever know about physics. Any new theories will essentially be an amendment to the current theory used today. Scientific theories are not debunked really its more along the lines of they explained everything and still hold true but a more accurate picture can be given by newer theories. Flat Earth; impossible wrong (Round Earth
Geocentric; impossible wrong (Heliocentric
Aether; impossible wrong (Planck’s Quantum
Einstein’s SR and GR; impossible wrong (AUTODYNAMICS\ autodinamicaar, org

@lucyhaye1 no scientist EVER supported the flat earth fable. Let us not mix science with superstition. Do u agree?
