  • How did I quit? Get a can of snuff. When you NEEED a cig, get a dip.

You'll forget the cigarettes and be ready to quit that nasty spittin' in a week or 2.

I doubt that would work for most, but it sure did for me.

  • I was 4-5 years in at 23 years old smoking 25+ a day. When I was offered a box of 21mg patches I started seeing the angel number 123, which means "cut anything out of your life you don't need". I was seeing it everywhere, it was stalking me. Now 2-3 weeks on the patch I'm down to 1-3 cigarettes a day. Nevermind quitting, I just like not having to smoke all of the time. Eventually, with the 14 & 7 mg's I'll quit fully. The great thing is that one puff is sometimes too much when on the patch lol.

  • i just put one on 3-4 hours ago

the fucking thing works sooo far

think patches are worth cheking out....

gum seems 2 be useless for me anyway

  • I just got to day 9, but had a really bad craving, so bad i had to drive to the gas station at 1am to get some cigs.. Smoking my 2nd one writing this.. Feeling angry with myself.. Gonna get some Zyban tomorrow, the patches just dont do it for me :*(

  • Praise God!

fight the good fight, do your part and let God do the rest in all of your lives.

  • Who would of ever thought after 25 years of smoking, I have been a non-smoker for 2 weeks now.

These past 6 years, since I have been walking with the Lord, I never really had an agenda or conviction to quit smoking.... and just thought to myself that I would probably be smoking all the way up to Christ's return to rapture us out of here.

It was that gentle tug on my heart by the Holy Spirit that I came to realize God was wanting me to actually quit smoking. So after 3 fails, I made it now

  • @ktoddweaver ive quited with no problem sometimes cause i blocl out the craving in my mind.
