Kate's metamorphosis from a cold, sociopathic, calculating, manipulative intelligent doctor to the sterotypical crazy lady drawing around her mouth with lipstick is absolutely fascinating: I can't take my eyes off her and find a lot of her antics quite amusing too, esp. the way she regards the staff lol.
She could be genuine but I think she's quite brilliant and prolly knows exactly what she's doing and, if successsful, will indeed be free in a year or two!
