@LoveForsakenOne There is a kids' storybook I saw on a site dedicated to Lady Lovely Locks that explains that Ravenwaves' mom destroyed the kingdom of lovely locks because they didn't come to her party celebrating Ravenwaves' birth, but she ended up getting killed while doing so. So it looks like Hairball and Ravenwaves' nanny had to raise her. Ravenwaves thinks Lovely Locks has special powers because of the colors in her hair. The Comb Gnombs are mischievous versions of pixietails.

@LoveForsakenOne These storybooks are not illustrated like the show; they have stories of their own. It doesn't actually say Ravenhair was killed in the book; it just says the mini-tornado she used to blow away the Lovely Locks kingdom took most of the people at Lovely Locks' party "far away, never to be seen again," or something like that. There are also "comic" books and German audiotapes related. You can go on a search engine to find any websites that have Lovely Locks paraphernalia.
