i havent looked at mixing since the late 90s, i see its come alone way since the 1210s... great stuff to see the times change for the better.. i wonder what it will be like in another 10 years?, interesting
I just ordered one of these babies! The perfect tool for mobile dj`s that don`t want to break the bank. It seems solid and reliable, and it`s got all the necessary features. And it`s great that you can update it!
Good, but it doesn't accept the newer version of sd (sdhc = secure digital high capacity) which is 4x (&up), they don't make 4gb standard sd cards anymore so basically you can only use up to 2 gb of sd which they still make. I would wait for the 2nd generation version. Good video though
yeah I just picked mine up and was lucky enough to get a bundle of 4 gig cards, and I am hoping that there will be an undate to where it will read the other formats, and bigger cards
WickedSounds did a video where he used a new SDHC card and by what he was saying if you have the SDHC logo on your player, you can use the SDHC card. One limitation is that you can only put 999 songs on the card or the player will get confused. Hope this helped. I am looking at getting one of these units myself.
Who seriously has time to use that much music? I've been doing entertainment for over 20 years, and take 50-60 gigs worth of music, and ALWAYS have more than enough, and every song asked for
I mentioned this on Brian's vid too. As a mobile, we always like to have a backup. I think this unit would work great as a backup, particularly for Digital DJ's using a laptop/midi. Just move over a selection of the most likely tracks you'll be playing right from your laptop onto SD cards, pop them in, and you've got a compact inexpensive backup, if anything happens. No need to burn backup CDs.
nice mix

Does anyone know if you are able too?

It's great unit but it should have 2ch mixer buit-in, like the JB Systems MSD900 has!!!;)
