Sorry no, it'll only spawn errors (most of the times) and edit your vocalization menu (Z and X) in Left 4 Dead 2 to be similar to the original Left 4 Dead vocalization menu

When I use this, I cant spawn anything. When I click on something like "Fortifcation" the menu fades out.

No, it will only make a minor edit on your Left 4 Dead content, and VAC wouldn't ban you for using/installing this

Go to C:\Program Files\Steam\Steamapps\common\l­eft4dead\left4dead\scripts and put the radialmenu file in there, if it asks to overwrite, then say yes
