This is so funny! I live in Louisiana 2 hours from NO. When we have Hurricanes the news always has some person standing outside in the damn rain saying "The Hurricane is bring lots of rain, stay in doors, don't leave your home's" We can look out our windows and see it. The only reason they do that is so people from other states can see how bad it really is. So for all of you new people just stay inside and dry and tell people "Hurricanes are bad, you get really wet"
