The best band ever to walk the earth. We will never see there like again. They took the world by storm. I wasn't alive then but people talk about it even today.

@starmzan1472 - Well, they WOULD HAVE BEEN "the best" except for George Harrison. That weak voice. That pedestrian guitar playing and then, there were his big ears and vampire teeth.

Pedestrian guitar playing? He was the best guitarist in the band, that's why he played lead, you shaved ape. And what does his vampire teeth have to do with how good a musician he is? He was also a good enough backup singer to help create some of their best harmonies... I'm sure those big ears also helped him hear the music extra well. So, you were saying?

@Talisman09 - Well, actually Paul was "the best"
guitarist. He volunteered to play the bass when no
one else would. More importantly, the Beatles were
never about guitars. They were about melody and
lyrics followed by some charismatic sex appeal.
While George blended well with the others, his
voice never lent itself easily to solo work. Except
for "Something" and the hauntingly quieter (better)
version of "Gently Weeps" when Harrison did not
PUSH his weak voice, he seldom sang well.
