Dude awesome vid, this crap happens in Fresno all the time. I got to start doing what you are doing and get this on video. Cops do the same shit we do and in the end we get the tickets.

@zmansushi Fresno PD is the worst in officers breaking traffic laws but the first to right you up for those same traffic laws they break...Do it and go film them, show there true colors and double standards. Cops are not above the law nor are they GODS like they thing they are...We the people hold all public servants accountable!!!! And if you need help getting started on laws and such or get messed with let me know..

@reedleycopwatch - actually, the first squad did almost a complete stop and the second one did the rolling stop now that I watch it again. I've never been cited for a "rolling" stop and don't really care enough to video my intersections just hoping to point the finger at somebody else. I don't blame you for being upset at your perceived double standard, however. People generally don't care about something until it happens to them, right?

You are wrong and the first officer violated the law and did not come to a stop according to the law CVC 22450. As for people not caring you are wrong in that aspect because people are fed up with today's cops being the tools for the state and nothing more than revenue generators. Ask the thousands of people who get cited in this state if they are ok with the cops violating the same law they were cited for and see what they tell you...

@reedleycopwatch - the first car came to a stop and then turned. What do you want cars to do? Levitate over the intersection? I agree with you on the second one - it was obviously a rolling stop. You can pick apart every single stop by every single car as much as you want buddy. Obsess over it until your heart is content. As far as cops being revenue generators, I'd agree with you. I just don't care...

Officers from the Reedley PD write tickets all day long for vehicle code violations and here we see them violating those same laws they enforce. Police officers have to follow the same rules as everyone else except for certain emergencies and even then have to drive with caution. The first unit had a prisoner and can you imagine the liability to tax payers if either one of them got into an accident!!!!!
