@RampGuy1...can't help but laugh. "Mr Bowden" as you put it (Nicky to all of us in school) was my accompanist in high school. He played piano for our Concert Choir and he had a head full of hair back then.  He was a complete riot back then. We had some great times on choir tours. He's always been an amazing organist and I'm so proud of him for fulfilling his dreams.

great work i love this piece and i helped perform it on an allen 2 manual which is very old and 3 manual rodgers i love you stop combinetion by any chance do you know how many stops this allen has ? my church is looking forward to buying one so i think this video is a great example of what the should purchase!!

This is amazing, and the stop choices are great. Are the pages turned electronically? The end of the page turner?

"End of the page turner?"...Well ALMOST! Allen is secretly working on an electronic music display that will not only store written music, it will display the music on the rack - similar to teleprompters. The system will actually follow the organists advancing playing via live tracking and automatically scroll through the score as the music is played. Likewise, the new music data system will be able to play the organ including pre-programed stop changes and combination actions.

Good technical performance, I like how he paced it. I will say, though, that for an 80-stop Allen the tutti sounded indistinct, and even smothered. I hope it's just the video or the hall or something, I'm looking into buying one of those things in a couple of years O.O

The amount of file compression that we have to do to these videos in order to meet the file size limitations imposed by YouTube can have detrimental effects to the overall sound quality. I would recommend that you hear a current Allen organ in person before making a judgment one way or the other regarding sound quality.

I'm assuming so, the examples I've heard on Allen's own website sound much fuller. Still the best sound on the market that can be fit into one's basement, and *certainly* better than Rodgers >.>
