I disagree with the last post about customer care and them breaking down constantly. I have the original first Roomba that is 15 years old, that's right 15 years old and just had to put rubber wheels on it and a new battery. They were very helpful when they sent me the wrong item. I did not even have to send the wrong stuff back! I have since bought this same one that is green at a yard sale and now they are both running like new.
