One episode on American Choppers they use comaros for remake of old 69' GTO's and other cars looked great. Just saying my own oppinion

I'm a die hard knight rider fan I love all things Knight Rider even that show Team Knight Rider. As much as I love the old Kitt People it's call the "Knight Industry Three thousand for a reason. Would you rather see a 1982 third generation Car in a 2008-09 show. Really think about that stupid Idea get over it and come up with the times. They choose the hottest car during that time and they did it with this Kitt and like it or not the Shelby Gt 500 kr was the hottest car out there.

The Mustang is a big car in kitt, but the trans-am no comparison, the original will always be the best. What I like about the new kitt is the scanner but from there on out the original Kitt I like everything, doors, wheels, even the seats. It is unfortunate that in this video can not see the scanner on, it gave the feeling of being alive

The original had a more focused design with black wheels and everything except one red scanner...the other one has stuff all over, two scanners, chrome rims, stripes, not as stealthy, not as mysterious a composition your eyes don't really know where to look.

@jmhelferich If I were there I would have jumped in the Mustang and shouted: "KITT attack mode!!!" and floored it. lol but no on a more serious note KITT is a Shelby GT 500 KR and I was checking the year models and they only make them in manuals I believe so how was this an automatic? and I heard that the real KITT which was the one filmed in the Pilot and the other one on the t.v. series were auctioned off at the Barret Jackson? thats a shame really. If I had the money I would buy them.

These were the cars that came to my town; I am a fan of the old Kitt car; but the trans-am that they brought was like a cheap imitation; they should be able to aford a new Kitt from like Marks Custom Kits, etc. or rent one from somebody that owns a Kitt Car; the scanner on the old kitt was a cheap red plastic lens with a light behind and the dash looks terrible
