but they can still play both those solos if they wanted too.

Im like I huge Fall Out Boy Fan...I own the stump-o-matic gretsch. Im just saying that the Van Halen solo is truly outside their ability . I am a guitar player myself and i thoroughly know thw ability of thoses two and though they are good, on their best day the couldn't play like van halen. So like smart people, they handed the solo off to more capable hands.

If you knew anything about patrick stump, you'd know he was capable of a large range of things musically. He was originally the drummer, for god's sake.

John Mayer" who can guitar FOB under the table. AND I OWN EVERYTHING THAT PAT STUMP OR FOB HAS EVER DONE...but John Mayer can play guitar better than either of these guys on their best day.
