They put them big mirrors on there for a reason..watch where your trailer tracks and adjust. With MotoMirrors its even easier. You see people corner short all the time..either puts them in the ditch or on the rocks. Same thing causes both.

Only Swift has worse drivers than Werner ...I mean it's funny to watch a Swift driver back an easy hole in a Volvo and take 10 minutes with 100 pull ups ...And still not be centered or straight in the space ,And often not even backed all the way in .
plenty of room there regardless of tandem setting the driver simply did not set up correctly for the turn...and must have been moving fast to get up on that boulder and not watching mirrors b/c if driving cautiously slow and watching mirrors you would think he/she would see/feel that gigantic boulder before ending up on top of it needing a wrecker for a pull down

Look at the rock, he'd have gotten hung up on the rock if he'd have continued. Not to menchion the trailer was leaning so far over to the drivers side that the nose of the trailer probably hit the drive tires and stopped him there. Also, he should have known his tandems were all the way back and to swing extra wide when making the turn.
