About the misleading title - it actually WAS leaked footage, but I guess the guy switched it for the trailer. I'm guessing that was due to Activision & IW's crackdown on leaked footage.

No, see there's Call of Duty, Call of duty 2, Call of Duty 3, and then Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare (plus the other Call of Duty games in between) then there was Call of Duty WAW (which is NOT 5, because it's not the sequel to 4, nor is it related in any way other than being another Call of Duty game.) Then there's Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 (which WOULD have been COD5, but IW decided not to name it that, first leaving it COD:MW2, then changing it simply to MW2, but changing it back.)
